Randy Bachman Jacket

As the founding member for both The Guess Who and Bachman-Turner Overdrive, Randy Bachman effectively laid the groundwork for the successes of later Canadian pop and rock stars. Affectionately titled the “Architect of Canadian rock’n’roll”—Bachman was inducted into the Canadian Music Hall of Fame in 2002 and the Canadian Songwriters hall of Fame in 2005 for his contributions to Canadian music. For 16 years he hosted the popular 'Vinyl Tap' music show on CBC Radio, exploring music and reflecting on his decades in the industry. The fringe suede jacket seen here was once owned and worn by the Canadian rocker.
