Dobro is an American brand of resonator guitars owned by Gibson and manufactured by its subsidiary Epiphone. The term "dobro" is also used as a generic term for any wood-bodied, single-cone resonator guitar. This Dobro-made resonator was previously owned by Dallas Harms, an acclaimed musician and songwriter who had over twenty songs in the country charts and major hits with "Paper Rosie" and "Honky Tonkin' (All Night Long)." Harms was inducted into the Canadian Country Music Hall of Fame in 1989.
