Sass Jordan "Sun's Gonna Rise" Lyrics

These lyrics are from rock singer Sass Jordan’s 1994 song, “Sun’s Gonna Rise”. Handwritten here by the Montréal artist, the uplifting “Sun’s Gonna Rise” was Jordan’s first single to chart on the Billboard Hot 100. The song features the warbly sounds of a Mellotron, the same tape replay instrument made famous by the Beatles on “Strawberry Fields Forever”. The sing-along hit was the fourth single from Jordan’s third studio album, Rats.
